How do you approach a cloud project?
I start with the target architecture: accounts, network, security, and the path to production. From there, everything becomes code (infrastructure in Terraform, delivery via GitOps), and we iterate in small, reviewable steps. I work agile and adapt to your team's workflows, whether that's Scrum, Kanban, or something custom.
How much will it cost?
The cost always depends on the scope, complexity, and duration of the project. For longer collaborations or clearly defined packages, I'm happy to offer fixed prices. Tell me what you need, and I'll give you a transparent estimate.
How do you ensure quality and security?
Architecture reviews against the AWS Well-Architected Framework, IAM with least privilege, and infrastructure changes that go through code review and automated checks. Applications follow OWASP guidelines, and platforms get monitoring, SLOs, and alerting from day one. Security is part of the architecture, not something bolted on later.
